Toes are often hurt by too tightened shoes, by shocks during sports trainings … We should take care of them!
Also, when the shoes are new, hard, not still broken they hurt horribly!
Here are some pieces of advice:
- Put some wet newspaper paper in ball in your shoes: the leather is going to release faster and easier.
- Repeat the operation until your shoes are softened enough.
So, tell «Good-bye» to bandages.
