Electronic muscle stimulator products :
Sport-Elec electronic muscle stimulator products come with a 2-year guarantee including parts and labour.
For reasons of hygiene, belts, shorts and other electronic muscle stimulator accessories cannot be returned or exchanged
The warranty is only valid if the purchase date as well as the stamp and signature of the retailer are present on the warranty card or where a till receipt can be provided.
Similarly, the purchaser shall bear responsibility for dispatch costs in case of an after-sales service.
Loss of warranty rights :
Our workshop will carry out a repair on your equipment within the warranty period; if either you or a third party carry out your own repair, this invalidates the warranty.
Electro-institut products :
We provide a 24-month warranty, vaild from date of purchase, for electro-institut products which we distribute.
We will exchange defective equipment provided the warranty is valid.
Loss of warranty rights :
Damages caused by improper use (shock, connection to mains power, incorrect voltage, descaling etc.), and ordinary wear and tear which does not affect the functionality or the value of the equipment shall be excluded from the warranty.
In cases where repairs have been undertaken by non-approved persons, or where parts which are not by the same manufacturer have been used, the warranty shall be invalidated.

Sending products to the After-Sales Service department :
For ease of tracking and for reimbursement in the event of being lost in the post, we recommend you send all parcels by registered post.
After-sales procedure for our retailers :
Submit a prior Return Material Authorisation request by fax to +33 (0) 2.32.96.50.63 including a copy of your till receipt.
Any request without a till receipt will not be accepted.
Please include your contact details and fax number as well as the equipment type and quantity.
Please state the fault type and whether it is a retail or BtoC product.
